About the Role Atos Amplify, the consulting arm of Atos, is expanding its activity in the Energy & Utilities market and recruiting a Senior Consultant Manager specializing in Utilities (water, sanitation, waste) to join Consulting & Advisory. The role involves working with Utilities clients on mission profiles covering advisory and project ownership support to drive transformation. What You'll Do
- Intervene with Utilities clients (water, sanitation, waste, district heating networks) on varied mission profiles covering advisory and project ownership support.
- Lead upstream advisory activities: framing business transformation programs, diagnosing organizations/processes/solutions, conducting opportunity studies, and developing IT master plans and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a European consulting group and contribute to the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice. What We're Looking For
- Experience in management consulting and project delivery for Utilities sector (water, sanitation, waste, heat networks).
- Skills in framing transformation programs, organizational/process/solution diagnostics, and opportunity studies.
- Ability to develop IT master plans and roadmaps.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Availability for a permanent contract (CDI) within a European services environment.
