About the Role As a Senior Consultant in Leadership & Culture Development, you will be part of EY's People Consulting team. You will apply your expertise to guide teams and organizations through transformations and transactions, analyze culture and leadership, and design and facilitate workshops for clients. What You'll Do
- Apply technical skills in leadership and culture development to guide teams and organizations during transformations and transactions
- Analyze and assess behavior, culture and leadership in an organizational context
- Design, prepare and facilitate client workshops, including team development and leadership coaching
- Build and maintain durable client relationships and proactively identify commercial opportunities
- Secure buy-in from senior stakeholders for impactful change initiatives around leadership and team development and culture
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our products and services, especially in team dynamics, leadership and culture development
- Help grow our Leadership & Culture proposition and enable meaningful change What We're Looking For
- Preferably a relevant master’s degree (e.g., Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR or Change Management)
- 3-5 years of relevant advisory/consulting experience with strong affinity for team dynamics, leadership and culture
- Strong expertise in leadership, culture and team dynamics; background in sports at the highest level or in defence or other relevant context
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and experience with high-quality reports, papers and presentations; attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; experience designing and facilitating leadership and team development workshops
- Affinity with AI and its application in people processes
- Team player with the ability to integrate quickly into new teams
- Experienced in stakeholder and client relationship management in dynamic, complex environments
- Resilience under pressure and ability to deliver
- Ability to manage projects, analyze problems and contribute practical, sustainable solutions
- Strong analytical skills to analyze behavior, culture and leadership in an organizational context
- Applies change management principles to support behavioral, cultural, and organizational changes during transformations Nice to Have
