Role Overview Key topics: risk management, ALM, large-scale transformations Clients: financial sector organizations in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan Examples of projects for banks include (but are not limited to): Full-scale risk function transformation, Development of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) tool & framework, Construction of FTP curve, ICAAP diagnostics and development of recommendations to align with SREP recommendations, Development of climate financing strategy, Transformation of fraud risk management system, Diagnostics & transformation of corporate governance system, Climate stress-testing. Projects for financial regulators are also common, including a market-wide project on improvement of efficiency of risk management, internal audit, and internal control systems for the whole banking sector in the country Participation in consulting projects and support in new business development (including preparation of commercial proposals, p
