Job title: Senior Consultant - Financial Services
About the Role Senior Consultants in Financial Services lead client engagements, manage solution delivery, and drive project results. They own project workstreams, interact with client sponsors and consulting leaders daily, and prepare reports and presentations for executives. They also coach and mentor consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Design project plans, own project status reporting, and manage tracking of client deliverables.
- Lead workshops with business units and process owners to map existing processes using Microsoft Visio.
- Identify and assess operational risks in new or existing business processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis on client projects and turn into actionable insights through compelling narratives using Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI or Tableau.
- Assist Management Consultants with project execution including assessing, measuring, monitoring, reporting and remediating operational risk and controls in new or existing business processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in management consulting or equivalent with client-facing roles.
- Ability to design project plans, manage status reporting, and track deliverables.
- Strong workshop facilitation skills with business units and process owners; proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
- Experience identifying and assessing operational risks in business processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience supporting project execution and remediating operational risk and controls.
