Job title: Senior Consultant, Financial Crime Compliance

About the Role Lead the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) risk assessment program, including AML, countering the financing of terrorism, proliferation financing and economic sanctions. Drive ongoing enhancements to risk assessments, standards, methodologies and processes, and serve as the subject-matter expert across the firm.

What You'll Do

  • Lead FCC risk assessment program across AML, CFT, proliferation financing, and sanctions.
  • Drive enhancements to risk assessments, standards, methodology and related processes; ensure alignment with applicable laws and industry guidance.
  • Identify, document and measure risk to assess the appropriateness of FCC-related internal controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and assessors to deliver actionable risk assessment outputs aligned to FCC priorities.
  • Establish written guidance on FCC risk assessments and provide training to assessors and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for FCC risk assessment inquiries from partners; identify trends and emerging risks; guide management in improving internal controls.
  • Enhance management reporting on risk assessments and provide updates to governance bodies.
  • Interact with business partners, regulators, and internal and external auditors on regulatory topics.
  • Operate independently with deep AML and sanctions knowledge and serve as a subject-matter expert.
  • Manage projects, meet deadlines and balance competing priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in AML, Sanctions or Financial Crime Compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on financial crime risk assessments.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations and related regulatory environments; strong risk management and analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of risk management and the company's strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to consult with partners and interpret regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD 83,100 - 141,300 per year.
