About the Role Senior Consultant in the Finance Risk & Performance Financial Services team, advising CFOs and executive committees on large-scale finance transformation projects, including consolidation tool selection and implementation. What You'll Do
- Analyze client needs and assist in choosing a consolidation tool (SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Oracle, Tagetik, Workiva).
- Draft an IT roadmap and implement the chosen solution.
- Adapt consolidation, reporting, and non-financial reporting tools for modernization, restructuring, and new standards (IFRS, LEC 29, Solvency 2, BALE 3/4, Fast close, Bird IREF).
- Drive change management (user training, technical support).
- Coordinate and manage project teams (governance, planning).
- Work with major CAC40 financial sector clients using technologies such as SAP BFC, SAP Group Reporting, OneStream, Tagetik, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Workiva.
- Collaborate with CFOs and executive committees; work cross-functionally with other KPMG experts in finance, actuarial and audit. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bac+5 from a Grande École or engineering school, IAE/Universities with major in Finance, master CCA, Comptabilité, Consolidation, IFRS.
- Experience: minimum 3 years in consulting or industry in accounting, consolidation or audit.
- Technical: mastery of consolidation tools in MOA or MOE, and project management.
- Behavioral: rigor, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, synthesis, adaptability.
- Language: English proficiency at level B2 (spoken and written). Nice to Have
