What You'll Do
- Platform Architecture & Advisory: Serve as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for the Finance Operate Platform, advising on architectural decisions across Offering delivery portal workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Design and implement workflow orchestration, intake management, approval flows, exception handling, SLA tracking, and client governance capabilities on ServiceNow.
- Serve as the authoritative voice on ServiceNow architecture within the Tech Enablement team and advise on platform decisions independently.
