A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Senior Consultant and help clients tackle complex challenges across reliability, power systems, and the energy transition. You will lead consulting studies ranging from RAM/RAMS and system availability assessments to grid integration, power system simulations, and techno-economic evaluations. Drawing on deep energy-sector and OEM domain knowledge, you will turn technical findings into practical solutions for utilities, renewable energy projects, industrial facilities, storage systems, and data centers. You will also engage directly with customers, develop new consulting opportunities, and build relationships that support successful projects and long-term collaboration.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead RAM/RAMS and reliability studies for utilities, renewable energy projects, industrial facilities, storage systems, and data centers, assessing system reliability, availability, maintainability, and performance.
- Deliver electrical power system studies, including grid integration, network performance assessments, and power system simulations, translating results into practical recommendations for customers.
- Drive technical and techno-economic assessments for energy transition projects, contributing to feasibility studies, business cases, CAPEX/OPEX evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Develop new consulting opportunities by presenting our capabilities to existing and prospective clients, supporting proposals, and building lasting relationships across the regional market.
- Partner with customers, external partners, and sub-suppliers to coordinate successful project delivery and identify solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
- Represent the company in the energy industry through working groups, technical committees, workshops, and conferences covering reliability engineering, power systems, and the energy transition.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; a Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred, combined with relevant professional experience.
- More than 4 years of consulting experience supporting utilities, industrial organizations, energy developers, transmission and distribution operators, or data centers, alongside a strong understanding of the energy industry.
- Hands-on expertise in RAM/RAMS studies, reliability modelling, system availability assessments, power system simulation, renewable energy and storage integration, and electrical network performance analysis.
- Familiarity with PowerFactory, PSS®E, PSCAD, ETAP, or equivalent platforms, complemented by experience in technical and techno-economic studies such as feasibility assessments, business cases, CAPEX/OPEX evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Proficient English language skills and flexibility to travel as needed, up to 20%.
