About the Role
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the MENA Strategy team. You will lead impactful strategy projects and support growth in the Energy/Industrials sector, including Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, and Sustainability. This role focuses on delivering high-impact insights for clients and mentoring junior teammates within a globally connected firm. What You'll Do

Lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements within the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors.

Define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon’s rigorous standards.

Work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating their needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables.

Manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables.

Proactively identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and mentor junior team members to support their development. What We're Looking For

Senior-level experience in a top-tier management/strategy consulting environment.

Sector expertise in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, and Sustainability.

Ability to define objectives with senior leadership and drive successful delivery with rigorous standards.

Strong client relationship management, project leadership, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to navigate industry dynamics in Energy/Industrials and work effectively in cross-functional teams, preferably in the MENA region.
