About the Role EY-ROAM is a leading provider of electricity market modelling services in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking to hire a Senior Consultant to lead the Markets Research within the NEM Reference Case team in Sydney or Brisbane, developing our 20-year central market forecast used to support advisory and transaction engagements. What You'll Do
- Lead the Markets Research within the NEM Reference Case team at EY-ROAM.
- Contribute to the selection or development of long-term assumption data on the drivers of the NEM including electricity demand, coal retirement dates, hydrogen production, data centre development, and examination of potential new entrant generator and storage projects.
- Review historical NEM market information to understand existing behaviours and trends across regional prices and generator behaviour.
