About the Role Capgemini Invent is evolving its consulting model to be AI-enabled by design—augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. The Enterprise Transformation team seeks senior consultants who are curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done in an AI-first world. The role focuses on practical, value-driven work across process design, mining, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to transform enterprise performance. What You'll Do
- Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
- Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
- Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
- Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
- Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables What We're Looking For
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and ability to apply these capabilities to enterprise transformation
- Ability to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness
- Experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development
- Collaboration across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions
- Understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics
