About the Role NeoXam DataHub is the data management solution for NeoXam, leading in Finance data, fund and risk management. You will work in French or English across technical and functional domains, internally or at client sites such as asset managers, banks, valuators, custodians, insurers, etc. You are a senior consultant comfortable both in the trenches of a complex implementation and in the boardroom defending NeoXam’s interests with demanding clients. As the right-hand to the head of the Data Hub BU, you will lead a team, ensure the quality of our deliverables and accelerate our internal transformation. A role tailored for someone who wants real impact. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end EDM/financial data management implementation projects
- Design robust and rigorous solutions
- Manage data flows and data providers
- Ensure budget tracking and defend NeoXam’s interests with clients
- Maintain exemplary project documentation
- Manage and develop a team of consultants; lead performance rituals; structure upskilling and knowledge sharing
- Promote and accelerate the adoption of AI; improve project tracking and sign-offs; raise delivery standards of the Data Hub What We're Looking For
- Based in France, the position is in Paris with a significant on-site presence
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Senior Consultant with solid experience implementing EDM or financial data management solutions
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and data flows (providers, reference data, valuation chains)
- Strong client relationship skills: listening, persuasion, results-oriented
- Natural manager: able to onboard, develop and empower a team
- Rigor and high standards for documentation and project structuring
- Keen appetite for AI and new technologies Nice to Have
