About the Role We are seeking an ambitious Senior Consultant to lead our change management capability in the Netherlands. The role combines change management delivery, stakeholder engagement, and capability development within the dentsu BX Northern Europe team. What You'll Do
- Lead change management activities using structured change management frameworks.
- Conduct analysis and research to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer-driven insights.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans that support client decision-making and long-term growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and shaping a collaborative setting with executive to ensure business critical discussion and outcomes
- Contribute to continued development of dentsu Consulting offerings, methods, tools, and knowledge base in areas such as commercial growth, innovation, and strategy design. What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work, ideally with a focus on change management, organisational design and development.
- Relevant Master's degree from University or Business School.
- Dutch as primary language.
- Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset – eager to take on responsibility.
