Job title: Senior Consultant, Business Transformation
About the Role Avasant seeks a Senior Consultant to project manage the delivery of business process transformation and technology engagements for large enterprises, focusing on enterprise transformation and optimization strategies. These engagements have multi-level impacts including business, technical, organizational, operational, and cost-related opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Lead project management for end-to-end delivery of business process transformation and technology engagements for large enterprises
- Drive enterprise transformation and optimization strategies across business, technical, organizational, operational, and cost dimensions
- Manage relationships with senior-level clients
- Develop financial business cases, risk models, and strategies around transformation and strategic sourcing
- Develop RFP statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms and conditions
- Provide direct hands-on experience in business and technology transformation
- Manage large budgets, ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost control
- Contribute to intellectual capital in new growth areas and support proposal development
- Work across multiple time zones/geographies and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years of consulting, management consulting and/or operations management experience in a consulting firm, with expertise in business process optimization and transformation
- Experience managing client relationships with senior-level executives
- Ability to develop financial business cases, risk modeling, and strategies around transformation and strategic sourcing
- Experience developing RFPs, SOWs, financials, service levels, and terms and conditions
- Direct hands-on experience in business transformation and technology transformation
- Experience managing large budgets and ensuring timeliness, quality, and cost of engagements
- Ability to support intellectual capital and contribute to proposal development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; exceptional interpersonal and client skills
- Demonstrated leadership, client management, project management and business development capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
