Il ruolo si concentra su progetti end-to-end nei domini Risk, Regulatory e Lending, guidando la messa in pratica delle iniziative nel rispetto delle scadenze e gestendo stakeholder interni/esterni.
What You'll Do
- Lead transformation projects in the banking IT space, with a focus on Risk, Regulatory and Lending, from design to implementation.
- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships (business, IT, vendors) to ensure initiatives land on schedule and meet objectives.
- Interact with clients, collect data/evidence and produce deliverables such as executive summaries and reports to support decision making.
- Apply project management and data-analysis methods, including data interfaces, ETL concepts, and basic data foundations; leverage Excel and other tools.
- Collaborate with international teams and use EY's AI-enabled tools (Copilot365, EYQ, PowerBI) to increase efficiency and insight.
What We're Looking For
- Senior professional with project experience in leading banks in an IT context, in a Business Analyst/PMO role.
- Strong data domain knowledge (systems interfaces, data stores, ETL, traces/lineage, data aggregation).
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Risk domains, including main metrics in Credit Risk and Credit.
- Degree in engineering (management) or economics, preferably with banking/finance coursework.
- Customer-facing attitude and proven organizational ability (data/evidence collection to support synthesis deliverables).
- Analytical mindset and team spirit.
- Excel skills; knowledge of SQL / SAS / SAS Guide / Python would be a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL, SAS, or Python is advantageous.

- Salary range: 34,000€ – 39,000€ per year (exact figure based on objective criteria).
