About this role
Senior Consolidation Specialist based in Sofia, reporting to the Head of Consolidation. You will support the group consolidation process using OneStream, ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, and contribute to interim and annual consolidated financial statements.
Assist subsidiaries in submitting consolidation reporting packages in the OneStream consolidation tool, ensuring deadlines are met and that Group recommendations and best practices are applied for information traceability between systems. Review subsidiaries' consolidation packages for accuracy and IFRS compliance. Provide all analyses required by Management. Identify, perform, and document consolidation adjustments. In liaison with Treasury, ensure reconciliation between direct and indirect cash flow statements. In liaison with Legal, ensure that the scope of consolidation is kept up to date. In liaison with external valuation experts, organize and coordinate Purchase Price Allocation exercises, understand conclusions, and monitor earn-out mechanisms over time. Manage relationships with consolidation stakeholders within subsidiaries. In liaison with the technical accounting expert, provide support to operational teams in subsidiaries. Work as part of a team with offshore teams. Contribute to preparing interim and annual consolidated financial statements. For yearly reporting, participate in reporting for IFRS disclosures and notes.
3-6 years' experience in a reporting or consolidation department, in an audit firm (with consolidation assignments), or with a mixed audit / corporate background. Strong expertise in financial accounting (IFRS). Experience with the OneStream consolidation tool is highly desirable.
