This role requires travel across the entire state of NC, SC, GA, PA, and DE, approximately 85% of the time. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives. You can live anywhere in the state for this role.

The Senior Community Care (SCC) program is an integrated care delivery program that coordinates the delivery and provision of clinical care of members. The Advanced Practice Clinician within SCC provides care to our highest-risk health plan members.
