About the Role Senior Communications Manager - Analyst Relations, based remotely in the EMEA region, responsible for shaping Canonical's relationships with technology industry analysts. You will translate Canonical's strategic messaging into analyst briefings, participate in briefings and inquiries, and help elevate Ubuntu and Canonical's profile in the enterprise market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage ongoing analyst relationships across the EMEA region.
- Create briefing materials, POVs, and messaging that articulate Canonical's strategy and product roadmap.
- Plan and execute analyst events and briefings; coordinate with product and marketing teams.
- Monitor analyst coverage and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in analyst relations or enterprise communications (3+ years).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear messaging.
- Experience with open source software or the Ubuntu ecosystem is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the software industry, cloud, AI, or data science.
- Familiarity with Canonical and Ubuntu.
