Volt is immediately hiring a Senior Communication Manager at New York, NY As a Senior Communication Manager, you will: We’re seeking a hybrid internal advisory consultant + communications manager who can translate complex technology and architecture strategies into clear, compelling executive narratives and scalable divisional communications. This VP-equivalent level role will partner closely with senior technology leaders, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to: Shape and streamline strategy narratives (what we’re doing, why it matters, and what’s next) Create senior-level executive decks (clean slides, crisp messaging, diagrams, and decision-ready framing) Drive divisional strategy adoption through channels such as monthly newsletters, training sessions, engagement sessions, and internal communications campaigns This is a high-impact role for someone who combines consultative problem-solving, architecture/technology fluency, and exceptional storytelling + visual communication skills. Required Qualifications 7+ years experience in one or more of: internal consulting, advisory/management consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture enablement, program communications, or executive communications. Proven ability to create executive-level decks that drive decisions (not just inform).
