Job Summary
Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
Job Responsibilities Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
