Senior Commercial Project Manager

About the Role

The Transformation of Industry team is seeking a highly driven, senior Commercial Project Manager to join the New Units Business. You will own all commercial aspects and project financials, and collaborate with the project management organization to execute complex projects per contractual obligations and financial guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with project managers to complete projects according to guidelines and contracts.
• Own project financials including monthly revenue recognition, financial planning, risk and opportunity management, and optimizing margins and cash flow.
• Ensure achievement of contract requirements (performance guarantees, insurance, taxes, contractual, etc.).
• Take full responsibility for finance-related topics, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM.
• Prepare and present project status reports to various levels of management.
• Engage in special assignments and interactions with internal partners and external auditors as required.
• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Project Management, or related field, with complex project environments; higher level possible.
• CPM Certification required; Senior CPM Certification highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, PoC accounting principles, financial reporting; proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and partner effectively within a team.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%; must be able to obtain a passport.
