Senior Commercial Business Analyst

About the Role As a Senior Commercial Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Offshore Execution Project Finance Team by providing financial insights, driving reporting excellence, and advancing digitalization initiatives. Working closely with finance leaders, controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders across Offshore locations, you will consolidate financial data, develop analytical tools, automate processes, and deliver actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, while performing variance, scenario, and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyze KPIs, and provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Partner with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and improve financial performance.
• Drive digitalization initiatives by designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, interactive dashboards in Power BI, and business applications with Power Apps.
• Build and maintain data integration and ETL processes using Alteryx, ensuring high-quality, reliable data for reporting and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, provide end-user support and training, and act as a key user for reporting and digital solutions. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in commercial finance, controlling, accounting, reporting, or financial analysis within a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Alteryx, and Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and international teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to build strong relationships across different cultures and organizational levels.
