About the Role A Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator role within an established clinical research organisation, combining hands-on study coordination with people leadership, quality oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality clinical studies and exceptional participant experiences.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of multiple clinical trials, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Lead, mentor and develop Clinical Trial Coordinators, Research Assistants and support staff through coaching, performance management and training.
• Monitor study progress, recruitment performance, data quality, protocol compliance and issue resolution across allocated projects.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, investigators and internal stakeholders, acting as a key operational contact.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across trial processes, documentation, training and operational efficiency.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, reporting and risk management to ensure successful study execution.
• Promote a collaborative, compliant and patient-focused culture while maintaining GCP and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator, Clinical Trial Coordinator Team Lead or similar leadership role within clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple studies in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
