About the Role The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will support Worldwide’s Oncology and Rare Disease trials from a remote location with regional travel in the Central United States (prefer Texas). You will work with diverse teams to manage site activities across all study stages, ensure quality and data integrity, and contribute to patient safety and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Manage the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical trials across Oncology and Rare Diseases.
- Involve yourself in all study stages, including site identification, start-up activities (regulatory documents, contracts and budgets), and training sites to collect data and report safety events.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and oversee site management during the study, including maintenance and closure activities.
- Ensure compliance with informed consent, adverse event reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements, with heavy emphasis on remote site management.
- Support regulatory submissions, TMF management, and collaborate with in-house CRAs on projects with significant site management needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication and coaching through regular touchpoints with your Line Manager to support professional development. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
- Experience in Oncology and Rare Disease is required.
- Candidates must reside in the Central United States, preferably Texas.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 97,000.00 – 193,000.00 per year.
- The salary range is provided to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings; final compensation will be determined based on experience, performance, and internal equity.
