About the Role Senior Clinical Research Associate in Oncology (Myelofibrosis) responsible for managing investigational sites in ICON's West Region, serving as the primary contact between sites and sponsor. This role ensures ICH-GCP compliance, accurate data capture in CTMS/eTMF, patient safety monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive successful trial execution.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact between investigational sites and sponsor.
  • Conduct all types of site visits, including site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out.
  • Ensure site compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in CTMS and eTMF systems.
  • Support site staff training and maintain compliance records.
  • Monitor patient safety with timely AE/SAE/PQC reporting.
  • Support subject recruitment and retention at the site level.
  • Oversee drug accountability and proper storage, return, or destruction.
  • Resolve data queries and drive timely data entry.
  • Document site progress and escalate risks or issues to the clinical team.
  • Assist in tracking site budgets and ensure timely site payments (as applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including CTAs, LTMs, and CTMs.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, or a qualified RN.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 3+ years of on-site monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Experienced monitoring Oncology specifically Myelofibrosis clinical trials.
  • Proficient in ICH-GCP, local regulatory requirements, and clinical systems like CTMS and eTMF.
  • Clear communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% for on-site monitoring visits across the West region; preference given to candidates residing near major HUB airport to support efficient regional travel.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD 110,520 - 138,150 per year.

  • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level. You may be eligible for a bonus, stock compensation and commissions in some cases depending on your role and performance.
