Senior Clinical Research Associate

About the Role Senior Clinical Research Associate to join ICON's Large Pharma division, based in Paris or Lyon. The role involves monitoring trials, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance high-impact Phase II–IV studies. It can be office or home based. What You'll Do

• Independently monitor Phase II–IV clinical trials to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, and ethics/IRB approvals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site staff to ensure high-quality data and patient safety
• Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of clinical trial conduct
• Ensure study cost efficiency and timely issue resolution
• Manage clinical studies in France across multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements within a CRO or Pharma environment
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Residency in the Paris or Lyon area and ability to work office or home based Nice to Have
