About the Role Join Worldwide Clinical Trials as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) focused on CNS/Rare Diseases in a Central U.S. Remote role. You will manage site activities across the study lifecycle, from site identification and startup through maintenance and closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance, data quality, and patient safety. What You'll Do
- Manage the research activities at sites participating in Worldwide’s clinical research projects across CNS/Neurology and Rare Diseases.
- Involve in all stages of the clinical study, including identifying potential sites, conducting study start-up activities, collecting regulatory documents, and supporting contract and budget negotiations.
- Train sites to collect data properly and report safety-related events; manage site activities during study maintenance; close down research activities at sites after study completion.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- While most site management is remote, ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and all applicable regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
- Experience in CNS/Neurology and Rare Disease is required.
- Candidates must reside in the Central United States; willingness to travel regionally.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 97,000.00 – 193,000.00 per year.
