About the Role The Senior Clinical Research Associate - Cardio Device role supports a cardiovascular/electrophysiology medical device study (A-fib) in Canada. Based in the Montreal area, this role requires complex cardiac experience in the last 5 years and will involve up to 60% regional travel to sites while ensuring FDA/ICH-GCP compliance and high-quality trial conduct. What You'll Do
- Lead monitoring activities for the study and ensure site compliance and data integrity.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues at sites with prompt, effective solutions.
- Manage communications with study teams, investigators, and internal stakeholders; tailor the communication approach as needed.
- Maintain thorough, accurate trial documentation and reporting; support overall trial management.
- Travel up to 60% to support regional sites and coordinate with sites and investigators. What We're Looking For
- 3 years of monitoring experience.
- Complex cardiac experience within the past 5 years; preferably in electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular devices.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Life Science, Physical Science, Nursing, or Biological Science).
- In-depth knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Fluent in French and English; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain collaborative relationships with site personnel and internal teams.
- Well-versed in clinical trial management; rigorous, detail-oriented, and precise in reports.
- Located in the Montreal area. Nice to Have
- Experience in electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular device studies.
