About the Role ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. The Senior Clinical Data Risk Analyst will identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with clinical trial data, enabling robust data quality and integrity across studies. This role supports scientific operations in Mexico or Argentina and partners with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure reliable study outcomes. What You'll Do

• Lead the evaluation of clinical trial data to identify potential risks and trends that may impact study outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that enhance data quality and integrity.
• Oversee the analysis of data discrepancies and inconsistencies, providing insights to inform decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data governance and compliance within clinical research.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management processes and data quality standards. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience in clinical data analysis, with a focus on risk assessment and management.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and statistical software, with proficiency in data visualization techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
