About the Role The Senior Client Relationship Specialist role supports the Client Director in delivering client-facing tasks, managing opportunities and the team to ensure timely delivery and excellence. This is a key role in facilitating internal and external collaboration with clients and partners within the Dentsu network. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic advisory to the Client, developing with the Client Performance Manager a plan to grow the Client's brand portfolio and execute it.
- Build long-term relationships with the Client.
- Prepare the communication strategy across digital channels and digital performance, considering the full media ecosystem and best practices, using internal and external tools.
- Actively develop the Client.
- Plan, buy and report digital and digital performance campaigns in line with the Client contract, agency standards and Client requirements.
- Monitor media, communications, consumer, and technology trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of forecasts and financial results related to the entrusted Clients.
- Contribute to the organization's educational development by sharing knowledge/ideas/done projects, including outside your own team.
- Actively participate in bidding processes.
- Work closely with all business units. What We're Looking For
- Experience in the area of digital performance.
- Experience in buying and reporting digital performance campaigns.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of all digital marketing channels, their role in the customer journey and impact on client business goals.
- Ability to prepare competitive analyses and draw insights from competitors' actions.
- Knowledge of Campaign Manager sufficient to independently extract campaign results and analyze key campaign metrics.
- Good organizational skills – prioritization and working under time pressure.
