About the Role The Senior Civil Engineer (Traffic) for City of Dublin will lead the planning, design, and management of traffic and civil infrastructure projects within the Public Works Department. This role ensures safe, efficient transportation networks and adherence to public works standards. What You'll Do
- Manage projects, review plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver transportation and civil engineering initiatives
- Oversee design reviews, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with the Public Works team, consultants, and the public to address project needs
- Provide supervisory guidance to staff and consultants as needed What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- California Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Minimum 4 years of civil engineering experience; traffic/transportation experience preferred
- Valid California Class C driver's license
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to prepare budgets and grant applications Nice to Have
- Additional traffic engineering experience or advanced certifications Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $149k-$186k per year
