About this role
Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Manufacturing site in Strzelin. The Senior CI Specialist will support and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department, reporting to the CI Manager. The role focuses on improving key business processes using Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching, and driving measurable operational and financial results.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement projects focused on manufacturing processes and material flow optimization using Lean methodologies.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities and support implementation of effective solutions.
- Improve material and information flow across operations by eliminating waste, reducing lead times, and supporting inventory optimization.
