Snapshot of Your Day
As Senior Change Manager in the HR Transformation Office, you represent the human dimension of the NEO+ HR Transformation Programme. Your day combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery - conducting change impact assessments, facilitating leadership workshops, coaching GSO area leads, and working closely with the Communications Expert to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. You ensure that every transformation initiative is not just delivered on schedule, but genuinely adopted, embedded, and sustained across Siemens Energy.
How You'll make a difference
- Develop and own the end-to-end Change Management Strategy and Plan for the NEO+ HR Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with programme milestones
- Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses across all five GSO areas
- Design and deliver targeted change interventions including workshops, training sessions, leadership briefings, coaching, and roadshows to drive adoption and manage resistance
- Build and maintain a network of Change Champions across the business to amplify the change narrative at local and functional level
- Partner with the Communications Expert to develop and quality-assure stakeholder-specific change communications
- Establish and monitor a Change Readiness Assessment framework, producing regular readiness dashboards for the Independence Board and SteerCo
- Coach GSO area leads and project managers with practical tools and frameworks to lead their teams confidently through change
- Measure the effectiveness of change interventions through pulse surveys, adoption metrics, and qualitative feedback, adjusting approaches accordingly
- Build the HR Transformation Office internal Change Management methodology, toolbox, and reusable templates for use across future workstreams
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in change management, organisational development, or HR transformation in complex global organisations
- Recognised change management certification (Prosci/ADKAR, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent) is preferred
- Deep expertise in change management frameworks with proven ability to tailor approaches to diverse stakeholder groups, cultures, and contexts
- Demonstrated experience leading change workstreams within multi-country, matrix transformation programmes
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders and frontline employees alike
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Romanian or other European languages are a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and employee feedback into compelling change narratives and executive-ready insights
- Experience collaborating in integrated programme teams alongside PMO, Communications, and HR Business Partners
- Resilient, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous, rapidly evolving programme environments
- Familiarity with Workday is essential
