About the Role Guidehouse seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Senior Consultant to drive engagement execution for change management. This role involves stakeholder management and developing materials around change readiness assessments, communications analysis, and communications planning, plus execution of change management and communications collateral. Senior Consultants help clients transform processes, improve efficiency, increase transparency, promote user adoption, and comply with Federal, State, and Local government laws and regulations. You will be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and overall delivery within your assigned workstream, interact with clients to ensure engagement success, and prepare well-organized communications and presentations for clients and internal executives.
What You'll Do
- Take an active role in engagement execution for change management, including stakeholder management and developing materials around change readiness assessments, communications analysis and planning, and the execution of change management and communications collateral.
- Help clients transform business processes, improve efficiency and operations, increase transparency, promote user adoption, and comply with Federal, State, and Local government laws and regulations.
- Be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and overall delivery within your assigned workstream; interact with clients to ensure engagement success.
- Support day-to-day operational meetings with clients and consulting leaders.
- Prepare and communicate well-organized communications and presentations to clients and internal executives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications within client engagements.
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver solutions within assigned workstreams.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with Federal, State, and Local government laws and regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%+.
