About this role
The Senior Carer role with Springwood Healthcare Services places you in the United Kingdom, with Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship available. The position is full-time and offers a salary of £20,960 per year, along with a supportive environment that provides induction, training, and ongoing professional development to support career progression.
The role involves delivering person-centred care to residents, demonstrating compassion, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality care. You will work as part of a care team to support residents’ needs and contribute to a respectful and caring atmosphere for all service users.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering person-centred care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner
- Working as part of a team to ensure residents’ care needs are met
- Maintaining a supportive, reliable, and patient-focused care environment
- Participating in ongoing induction, training, and professional development opportunities but not limited to those activities already described
Requirements include:
- A-Level qualification (or equivalent)
- Valid UK driving licence
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Health or social care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care

- Provision of national insurance number
- Provision of hepatitis B vaccine certificate.
- DBS certificate or Update Service number.
- Bank details.
- P45 or equivalent.
