About the Role Senior Capital Markets Solutions Lead responsible for running A/NZ presales and delivery of Capital Markets initiatives, shaping long-term growth in the ANZ region. You will own margins, revenue targets, client relationships at C-level, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to provide high-quality services. What You'll Do
- Lead A/NZ presales and delivery for Capital Markets solutions, including Murex, Adenza, Finastra and Orchestrade
- Manage project management, technology consulting, software integration and outsourcing for Capital Markets offerings
- Own margin and revenue targets; develop and execute offerings strategy
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with clients and partners; proactively identify opportunities
- Collaborate with sales to prepare and present service offers; work with delivery teams to ensure quality delivery
- Handle escalations from clients and Delivery Management; address talent acquisition, allocation, motivation and development of the Delivery Management team
- Plan and manage regional travel; install processes discipline and drive risk mitigation; implement operating policies What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience with minimum 3 years in the A/NZ region
- Extensive Capital Markets Platform experience (Murex, Calypso, Kondor, Orchestrade)
- Established network with c-levels and IT/business heads at ANZ banks
- Solid Software Integration background with end-to-end project delivery
- Strong background in Business Analysis, Project Management or Management Consulting
- Strong background in Front Office / Risk Treasury Capital Markets and delivering Capital Markets IT projects
- Excellent English communication (written and oral); good client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel and work with a global team; proven leadership ability Nice to Have
