About the Role The Senior Business Transformation Manager leads strategic transformation initiatives and manages automation and AI-driven programs across multiple business units. The role focuses on delivering measurable ROI and aligning initiatives with corporate objectives. It applies Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PRINCE2 to optimize delivery and value realization. What You'll Do
- Lead design and delivery of strategic in-house transformation initiatives, driving measurable business impact across multiple business units.
- Oversee automation and AI-driven programs, ensuring outcomes align with priorities and ROI.
- Define project structures, content, and direction; own execution with milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and PRINCE2 to optimize delivery and value realization; drive adoption of intelligent automation using UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n; ensure scalability and cross-functional integration.
- AI, Automation & Innovation Leadership: champion innovation by identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities; collaborate with internal tech teams and external partners to develop, test, and deploy automation and GenAI solutions.
- Build and maintain the organization’s AI & Automation roadmap with the AI/Engineering CoE; facilitate workshops with C-level executives to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; cultivate partnerships across business, technology, and operations; oversee communication, change enablement, and capability building.
- Value Creation & Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor, measure, and communicate value delivery and ROI across projects; identify improvement areas, design corrective actions, and ensure sustained performance optimization through data-driven insights; embed a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen and operational excellence practices across teams and regions. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in business transformation, ideally within large, complex, or matrix organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering automation and AI projects — from proof of concept to enterprise-scale deployment.
- Experience in automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or n8n; familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow orchestration tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams across regions and functions.
- Strong understanding of process & agile project management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (mandatory). German or another European language is a strong plus. Nice to Have
