About the Role Senior role focusing on shaping and optimizing SAP Warehouse Operation processes across Contitech Business Area. Provides consultancy to business teams, defines standards for decentralized eWM, and leads design and implementation of SAP SCM enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency. What You'll Do
- Provide consultancy for requests and demands from business teams, support integration of processes
- Define standards for decentralized eWM including MFS
- Drive design and improvement of SAP processes across Contitech Business Area
- Set up and ensure standard stakeholder-oriented architecture; drive new technical enhancements and projects on Warehouse SCM related processes
- Create transparency and alternative solutions for technical developments; promote standard adoption; share lessons learned and best practices for scalability and efficiency What We're Looking For
- Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
- 10 years of work experience in a multinational environment; minimum 7 years in SAP SCM with deep SAP eWM knowledge
- Experience implementing SAP processes and troubleshooting in major incident environments
- Participation in at least 3 global projects
- Additional knowledge of SCM processes, business or technical mandatory
- Experience leading by influence and in leading change; effective communication
- Experience interacting with Senior Management, working with global teams and intercultural sensitivity Nice to Have
