Role Overview

A senior consultant is required to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. The successful candidate will strategically engage with senior leadership to resolve unique challenges that demand long-term vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking. Operating in a dynamic environment, the consultant will design strategic frameworks and translate ambiguous requirements into structured, actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to influence business initiatives and deliver long-term, large-scale strategic solutions.

• Analyze highly complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple operational areas.

• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business execution strategies and frameworks.

• Collaborate with business execution team members to drive key strategic initiatives.

• Influence, guide, and support less experienced strategy and execution staff within the business group.

• Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution to support the successful implementation of developed plans.

• Synthesize disparate data, contexts, and viewpoints into coherent strategic recommendations.

• Interface directly with domain leaders to deliver executive-ready narratives and presentation materials.

• Support integration planning, roadmap development, and the sequencing of key initiatives.

• Manage execution progress through governance tracking, dependency management, and roadmaps.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field of study.

• Experience: Seven or more years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, or education.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced capability in designing executive-ready presentation decks and strategic frameworks.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience developing multi-year strategies for large, complex financial services organizations.

• Deep domain knowledge in payments, including ACH, wires, instant payments, investigations, or servicing.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess operational, regulatory, and risk considerations.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with limited direction in complex, evolving environments.
