The role involves leveraging existing industry relationships and healthcare staffing expertise to identify and open new accounts, navigate MSP/VMS environments, present Talented Medical Solutions as a preferred staffing partner, and negotiate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the internal recruiting team to support successful clinician placements and grow client accounts. This opportunity is designed for experienced healthcare staffing business development professionals, independent consultants, or industry professionals with the ability to generate new business. Candidates must have a proven track record in healthcare staffing BD, a strong understanding of MSP/VMS programs, and the ability to open new accounts or expand existing relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, self-motivation, and entrepreneurial skills are required.
