About the Role Eisenhower is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst to lead the support, optimization, and integration of Workday and UKG platforms, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT to enhance workforce technology and business processes. Helps drive advancement of Workday functionality, including emerging automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, analytics, and employee experience. This role supports core functions of Eisenhower's applications to enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care.
What You'll Do
- Implement, administer, and support assigned systems under minimal guidance of senior team members; maintain thorough understanding of applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows across the organization.
- Independently address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity with little or no supervision; provide clear communication and documentation of complex concepts and issues related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows.
- Provide project management and selection guidance for new applications; coordinate with IS teams (Sys Admins, DBA, Networking, Reporting, Help Desk) for application support.
- Lead upgrades and maintenance of assigned systems; provide technical assistance to expert users; document workflows; mentor junior staff.
- Serve as Project Manager for major projects; follow PMO guidelines; use PMO tools to manage tasks and issues; ensure documentation is posted to knowledge base.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Required: relevant degree or experience in lieu of degree; Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Licensure/Certification: Certification(s) required for those positions supporting an Epic application.
- Experience: Five (5) years in healthcare-related positions; prior system analyst or vendor experience; experience using healthcare applications; experience working in an acute healthcare setting or vendor setting; proven project management experience.
- Skills/Abilities: ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows; strong communication; ability to work independently and in teams; PMO methodology; knowledge of healthcare environment and applications.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $41.00 - $62.28 per hour.
- 40 hours per week; Day shift; full-time; location: Eisenhower Medical Center.
