As a Senior Business and P&L Leader, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring financial discipline, and delivering high-value managed services across large-scale commercial engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams through complex Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) initiatives, optimizing operational efficiencies while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability and client satisfaction. Your role will involve direct interaction with C‑suite stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable plans that align with corporate strategy and market dynamics. You will harness data‑driven insights to steer continuous improvement, scaling operations, and sustaining long‑term competitive advantage across the organization.

Requirements

• 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Own end‑to‑end P&L management for a multi‑million‑rupee portfolio, delivering consistent profitability and margin targets.

• Design and execute business strategies for managed services, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, and organizational capabilities.

• Lead Build‑Operate‑Transfer projects, overseeing transition planning, resource allocation, and post‑handover performance metrics.

• Champion large‑scale delivery initiatives, coordinating cross‑regional teams to meet SLA, cost, and quality benchmarks.

• Serve as the primary liaison for CXO stakeholders, presenting quarterly business reviews, financial insights, and strategic recommendations.

• Develop scalable business models that capture new revenue opportunities while optimizing operating expenses.

• Drive continuous improvement programs, implementing best practices in project governance, process automation, and risk mitigation.

• Mentor and coach senior managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.

• Monitor market and competitive dynamics, advising senior leadership on emerging trends, potential threats, and growth levers.

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards across all business units.

• 16+ years of progressive experience in senior business leadership, with proven success in P&L ownership.

• Demonstrated expertise in managed services delivery, BOT frameworks, and large‑scale project execution.

• Strong financial acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding profit and margin targets.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex data and strategies to C‑suite executives.

• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.

• Deep understanding of operational metrics, cost‑control mechanisms, and revenue‑generation techniques.

• Hands‑on experience with digital transformation initiatives and technology‑enabled service delivery.

• Superior analytical capabilities, using data to drive decisions and solve complex problems.

• Adaptability to fast‑changing markets and ability to pivot strategies swiftly while maintaining stakeholder trust.
