Job Description

• Are you a strategic thinker with strong business analysis skills and a passion for technology and AI-driven innovation? Tavia Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team!
• We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate complex business needs into practical solutions, drive process improvements, and support the delivery of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.

• Analyze business processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process models.

• Support Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.

• Maintain requirements traceability, project documentation, and reporting.

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum certification are an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, BPMN, user story development, data analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Draw.io.

AI & Technology Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Experience documenting requirements for AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or fraud detection systems.
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable AI use cases.
• Understanding of AI model lifecycle, governance, and Responsible AI principles.
