About the Role Senior Salesforce Business Analyst within Motorola Solutions' Global Sales Operations, acting as a consultative design expert and platform evaluator for our Salesforce ecosystem. This high-impact role focuses on Salesforce solutioning and user acceptance testing (UAT) validation, maintaining an end-to-end understanding of how platform changes impact downstream systems like Salesforce CPQ and other integrated tools.
Partnering with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise integrations and scalable Salesforce solutions. By balancing business agility with technical stability, you will ensure all declarative designs are both holistic and sustainable. What You'll Do
- Drive CRM data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics.
- Translate business workflows into high-level system designs and object models within Sales Cloud.
- Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative tools.
- Partner with developers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Customer Support, and Data Warehouse platforms.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI, and automation opportunities.
- UAT Validation & Technical Governance: Validate system functionality through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to confirm business alignment; deliver vetted functional blueprints to Execution Leads and IT teams; oversee configuration stability to ensure technical execution aligns with strategic objectives. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of business analyst experience within the Salesforce platform.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Travel under 10%.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience, Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Security, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration logic. Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and AI Associate.
- Additional preferred qualifications: familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities. Compensation & Benefits
- Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year
