Project description

We are developing a platform that supports client onboarding for a global financial institution. This platform manages onboarding requests as they progress from clients through sales, operations, and downstream processing functions. Its functionality is divided into business process management, business rules and workflow configuration, reporting and dashboards, and workload management—such as work prioritization, SLA management, and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with client-side BAs, POs, and end users
• Elicit, elaborate, and document business and functional requirements
• Develop UI mockups for features
• Prepare test cases for features
• Conduct early acceptance testing
• Investigate data discrepancies
• Facilitate and coordinate demos for end users

• Must have

• The role requires extensive expertise in system analysis and business analysis, demonstrated by over five years of relevant professional experience. The candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and a thorough understanding of various methodologies for formulating requirements. Practical experience within the banking client onboarding domain is essential, coupled with the ability to analyze integration interfaces such as REST APIs and JSON formats.

• Hard skills:

• Proven background in system and business analysis with practical knowledge of requirement formulation techniques

• Domain-specific experience in banking client onboarding processes

• Proficiency in analyzing technical integration interfaces (e.g., REST API, JSON)

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

• Fluency in English (C1 level), both spoken and written

• Soft skills:

• Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex information

• Self-driven and capable of working independently without supervision

• Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, enabling effective collaboration in iterative project environments.
