Role Overview

We are seeking an Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering and Construction estimating organization. The focus of this role is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI. This position will help bridge the gap between the business and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities.

• Translate business needs into requirements for the development team.

• Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions.

• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data.

• Develop and validate comprehensive capital cost models.

• Integrate staffing, risk, escalation, and market dynamics into estimates.

• Provide strategic oversight of design reviews to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Lead market pricing and benchmarking initiatives.

• Establish best practices for construction cost metrics and estimating methodologies.

• Serve as a technical authority and mentor on advanced estimating tools and cost forecasting.

• Required Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in project estimation, cost control strategies, and market-aligned forecasting.

• Skills: Strong business, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working between business and technical teams. Strong communication skills and interest in technology, data, and AI. Experience with Word.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analyst experience.

• Experience in estimating, engineering, or construction.

• Experience in technology or product management.

• Work Requirements

• Driving will be required as part of this position's duties. A valid, non-restricted driver's license is necessary.
