PURPOSE: The Senior Business Analyst will have the responsibility for identifying, analyzing, documenting, and implementing business and system requirements that support Provider Data Management and related healthcare provider systems. The incumbent will partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements within the Salesforce based Provider Data Management system (PDMES) application and associated downstream systems. This role is accountable for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, supporting testing and implementation activities, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
