What does a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization do at Fiserv?
As a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization, you will serve as the primary resource responsible for documenting current-state and future-state PEP+ processes, facilitating requirements gathering, supporting implementation activities and ultimately assuming ownership of these initiatives across both organizations.
What you will do:
- Provide end-to-end support and ownership for the following active system optimization efforts: Same day settlement, ACH Optimization and file changes, ACH credit push and reinitiation enhancements
- Establish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository across both organizations
- Ensure business requirements remain aligned with technical implementation
