Job title: Senior Branding Designer
About the Role The Senior Branding Designer will own the creation and evolution of brand identities across client portfolios in the GCC and MENA region. They think in systems, translating brand positioning into cohesive visual identity while ensuring quality from concept to delivery. This role sits at the intersection of craft, strategy, and technology within the creative department to realise impactful creative output and product.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and rollout of brand identity systems across all touchpoints: logos, color, typography, motion principles, visual language, and illustration; develop brand guidelines and toolkits; translate brand positioning into compelling visual identities; own design quality from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative leads to align brand expression with strategy; present work clearly to internal stakeholders and clients; articulate the thinking behind each creative decision; contribute to pitches and new business presentations; mentor junior designers.
- AI-Powered Creation: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and visual exploration.
- Speed, Quality & Scale: Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality; stay current on regional trends, aesthetics, and cultural shifts across GCC and MENA; adapt brand systems for bilingual English/Arabic applications.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in branding and visual identity design, with agency experience; portfolio demonstrating identity systems built from scratch or significantly evolved; GCC / Saudi market understanding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma; experience with AI design tools.
- Thinks in systems and executes with precision; curious about AI and actively integrates new tools into workflow; strong visual taste and cultural awareness; reliable and self-driven under deadline pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for bilingual English/Arabic applications.
