Overview
Diageo is hiring a Senior Brand Manager for Rum & Liquor based in Ikeja, Lagos. The role leads brand marketing for the rum and liquor portfolio, driving integrated campaigns and delivering strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the rum and liquor portfolio
- Own the brand strategy and annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with commercial goals
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with sales, trade marketing, and other internal teams
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust plans to maximize impact while maintaining budget discipline
- Ensure timely delivery of activities and effective budget management
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Typically 4-7 years of marketing, commercial, or FMCG experience
- Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns and driving business results
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
